Job Title: Training and Onboarding Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Assign selected candidates to appropriate trainers for skill development, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, guaranteeing they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and support new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (experience in onboarding or people management is desirable).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment is necessary.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is an asset, but not mandatory.
