Lead Landscape Design Projects

We have been designing, building and managing some of the world's best homes since 1996. Currently, we have 8 ongoing projects, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Purpose

The primary goal of this role is to oversee landscape design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance occupants' quality of life and meet project objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage landscape design projects from conception through to delivery for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments
  • Develop the aesthetic and technical aspects of assigned projects, guiding their progression
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners and other professionals
  • Direct junior team members in the design of assigned projects
  • Demonstrate expertise in landscape drawing production techniques, BoM's
  • Track project progress against deadlines and budgets
  • Monitor percentage completion of projects based on delivery schedules
  • Identify instances requiring significant design revisions post initial submission
  • Drive revenue growth through Annual Billing targets aligned with Quarterly design delivery schedules
  • Enhance quality by minimizing design flaws or failures during or after project delivery for landscape works
  • Foster innovation and energy efficiency through implementation of novel technologies and sustainable practices in designs

Requirements

  • Master's degree in landscape architecture from reputable institutions
  • 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects
