Civil Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced civil engineering recruitment expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for civil engineering clients. They will also coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, proven experience in civil engineering recruitment, and excellent knowledge of civil engineering job roles, skills, and terminologies.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
