Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experts Wanted for Top-Tier Projects

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SailPoint IdentityIQ developer to join our team of experts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our IAM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth operation of our IAM system by resolving Level 2 issues, implementing minor enhancements, and performing routine health checks.
  • Handle customer support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors to ensure seamless integration with our IAM system.
  • Collaborate with senior teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations, including proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Proven expertise in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management, with analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices is essential for this role.
