**Property Asset Manager**

We're looking for an experienced professional to manage our property portfolio.

As a Property Asset Manager, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of our houses, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of assigned properties
  • Conducting regular site visits to identify areas for improvement
  • Implementing solutions to minimize tenant move-outs
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new properties

You'll be working closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as real estate, property management or business administration
  • Prior experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems

This is a fully field-based role requiring use of a two-wheeler for site visits. You'll be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have a strong attention to detail.
