Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill our Backend Developer position.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Node.js and TypeScript, along with extensive experience in microservices architecture and containerization.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services. This includes implementing and maintaining a microservices-based architecture with a focus on performance and scalability.

In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience in using Docker for containerization, proficiency in at least three API protocols (RestAPIs, Protobuf, gRPC, WebSockets, or GraphQL), and knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases.

A strong understanding of AWS services and cloud solutions is also required. Furthermore, the individual should be able to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, as well as possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

The successful candidate will work closely with frontend developers to ensure a seamless user experience and monitor and resolve performance issues to maintain system efficiency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience in microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in using Docker for containerization.
  • Knowledge of at least three API protocols : RestAPIs, Protobuf, gRPC, WebSockets, or GraphQL.
  • Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS.
  • Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and auditing tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
