  • Scheduling interviews between employers and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.\
  • Maintaining records of placements, candidate feedback, and employer insights.\
  • Tracking candidate progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring long-term success.\
  • Generating reports on placement statistics, market trends, and ongoing activities.\
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of labor markets and industry trends.\\

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.\
  • Proven experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, recruitment, or career counseling.\
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).\
