Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing HR operations and acting as a strategic business partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our Human Capital Management system for effortless access and compliance purposes.
  • Ensure uniform implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments and locations, fostering consistency and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, providing expert guidance on compliance matters.
  • Offer coaching, conflict resolution, and employee relations support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, encompassing personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle termination processes with precision, ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and present insightful HR reports and data analysis to senior management, informing key decisions.
  • Actively contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Encourage collaboration, engagement, and team morale through initiatives that enhance productivity and overall work experience.
  • Provide support to other HR functions as needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and adaptability.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience in HR Operations leadership or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Expertise in designing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ability to develop and implement clear, fair company policies.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong team management and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
