Job Title: Director of Corporate Security

Job Description

The Chief Security Officer is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the company's security and safety organization. They are accountable for implementing and enforcing all security policies, procedures, and protocols across the enterprise.

This includes managing the security department's day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The CSO plays a critical role in protecting the company's assets, employees, and reputation from various security threats, including physical attacks, cyber-attacks, and data breaches.

They must stay up-to-date with emerging security trends and technologies to ensure the company remains ahead of potential threats.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university in a related field such as security management, law enforcement, or business administration.
  • Basic AVSEC course certification conducted by a recognized aviation security authority.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in aviation safety and security, preferably in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce all security policies, procedures, and protocols across the enterprise.
  • Manage the security department's day-to-day operations, including budgeting, staffing, and training.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including regulatory agencies and customers.
  • Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and implement effective incident response plans to mitigate the impact of security incidents.
