Project Manager for Web Applications

A seasoned project manager is required to lead and manage multiple web application and CRM development projects.

  • Oversee the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of multiple web and CRM-related projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project success.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders using project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements by conducting regular audits and assessments.
  • Manage client communication, expectations, and project documentation to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Solid understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or custom CRMs).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver fast-paced projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) to streamline project workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Technical background or experience working with development teams is highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with SaaS platforms or product-based projects.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and third-party tool implementation.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification to enhance project management skills.
