Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web applications from scratch.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with stakeholders to understand requirements and analyze the impact of changes
  • Coming up with reasonable timelines and executing projects efficiently
  • Maintaining clear and concise documentation of technical specifications, code changes, and architectural decisions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience in web development, with a significant focus on React.js
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of the React library and JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of Frontend technologies, CDNs, Load Balancing, Caching, Nginx, browser APIs, HTML, CSS
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web security best practices
  • Willingness to work in a startup-like environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Prior experience in FinTech
  • Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js or backend frameworks like Express, Django, or Rails
  • Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, and popular UI component libraries
  • Experience with Full Stack development
  • Contributed to open-source projects
  • Contributed to React Native development
