We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to spearhead the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will assume ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of multiple technical projects concurrently, collaborating closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, utilizing your expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and design systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge of performance optimization techniques, UI/UX principles, and responsive design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with React.js, state management libraries (Redux), Tailwind CSS, and component-driven UI development.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and containerization (Docker).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and deployment of front-end applications.
  • Experience working with micro-frontends or large-scale, distributed front-end architectures.
  • Prior experience in leading technical initiatives or cross-functional projects.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
