**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned embedded software engineer to lead our R&D activities and drive the development of future products.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with embedded firmware development, excellent C and C++ programming skills, and good knowledge of IDEs for development and debugging.

He/she should be able to manage internal and external resources, assign tasks to team members, and supervise workload and work allocation within the project team.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for architecting and developing production-ready firmware, analyzing specifications, developing test plans, integrating, and verifying functionality with optimized systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external resources for R&D activities

  • Architect and develop production-ready firmware
  • Analyze specifications, develop test plans, integrate, and verify functionality with optimized systems
  • Develop and design solutions for bare metal and/or RTOS-based embedded systems
  • Coordinate and co-develop with software and android/IOS App development teams to ensure compatibility
  • Guide software development teams to create sustainable, flexible, secure, and scalable high-quality software
  • Oversee efficient, timely, and quality project execution using internal and external resources and partners
  • Apply appropriate development and quality standards and monitor local product quality and change requests to identify issues
