The Controls (1LoD) team plays a critical role in new business initiatives, from technology to customer support.

As a Business Risk Manager, you'll create the first line of defence for our Private Bank.

You'll develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks and elevate our risk management procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, document, and review risks in our Private Bank
  • Design, implement, and test controls
  • Develop and test key procedures
  • Create and review key risk indicators
  • Register risk events and manage risk incident reports

Requirements:

  • A degree from a top university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management required
  • Previous experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls
  • A solid track record of achievement, including competition awards
  • Ability to assume responsibilities quickly
  • Organised and methodical approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
