Project Coordinator - Language and Culture Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the quality and accuracy of multilingual projects.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency in project deliverables.
  • Familiarize yourself with client-provided Style Guides, glossaries, formatting rules, and other linguistic requirements.
  • Serve as the main liaison between client expectations and project outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software tools and workflow processes to maintain efficiency.
  • Make sound judgments to identify issues and escalate them when necessary to protect quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot independently to resolve problems and prevent project delays.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain high-quality performance under pressure, even during time-sensitive situations.
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend process improvements for better outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Deliver work that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality, client satisfaction, and ongoing professional growth.

Additional Assets:

  • Experience working with QA tools or CAT tools (memoQ, Trados, Xbench, etc.)
  • Familiarity with translation workflows and linguistic QA processes
  • Previous experience in healthcare or regulated industries is an asset
