We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Operations Strategist to join our team at Indira IVF in Andheri, Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee the clinical processes, standard procedures, equipment concerns, and new facilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- To serve as a single point of contact for clinical operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, and resolving any process-related issues promptly.
- To monitor the performance of centers in terms of revenue and profitability, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- To provide comprehensive support to new projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and successful launch.
- To escalate unresolved process and non-adherence issues to management for prompt resolution, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- To offer persistent support to consultants, on-call doctors, and patients, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- To conduct reinforcement training sessions with consultants, ensuring updated standard flows and appropriate functionality across all Indira IVF centers.
- To collaborate closely with the leadership group to develop the strategic direction and operational blueprint of the Clinical Department, driving growth and innovation.
- To initiate periodic clinical, medical, and compliance reviews in coordination with other Managers and Heads, ensuring timely execution of initiatives and thorough follow-ups.
- To prepare periodic reports by gathering, analyzing, and scrutinizing data for business development and clinical meetings/presentations.
- To have adequate knowledge of legal compliances for running a hospital, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- To be open to travel Pan India as required, supporting the organization's expansion plans.
About the Role
This role offers a competitive salary range of ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
