Motion Graphics Designer plays a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual narratives for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design high-quality motion graphics and animations that captivate audiences across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Translate campaign concepts into engaging motion design assets, leveraging expertise in 2D/3D animation and typographic animation.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding exercises.
  • Optimize motion assets for seamless viewing on various digital platforms.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing, sound design, and compositing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with UI/UX animation or interactive media.
  • Basic scripting or expressions knowledge in After Effects.
  • Experience working with clients from diverse industries.
