Job Title:

Visual Communications Specialist

Experience: 5+ years of expertise in the field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually striking packaging, labels, and offline materials that align with brand identity and usability principles.
  • Develop print-ready files with thorough knowledge of print specifications, materials, and production processes.
  • Design captivating banners, promotional creatives, newsletters, social media posts, and brand assets that elevate brand storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Conceptualize strong visual ideas that support marketing campaigns and narratives across various digital channels.
  • E nsure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and design language for consistency and recognition.
  • Design responsive and high-conversion landing pages, product pages, and emailers using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, prioritizing user experience and visual hierarchy.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual narrative, usability, and consistency across all screens and platforms.
  • Think creatively and execute visually across a wide range of briefs and formats.
  • Stay updated on digital design trends, UI/UX best practices, and ecommerce design patterns to remain competitive.
  • A basic understanding of animation tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software is a plus but not essential.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in packaging/print media, ecommerce, digital brand design, and a solid grasp of UI/Web design principles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing examples of print and packaging work, as well as live web projects, such as landing pages or digital creatives.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with attention to typography, color, spacing, and layout.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Background in marketing, advertising, or digital communications, supported by expertise in visual communications and graphic design.
  • The ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously with ease.
