Wet Etch Equipment Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities.

About this Role
  • This position involves the maintenance and repair of wet etch equipment, including SES, DNS, FSI Zeta, SEZ SP223/DVI, Semi tool spectrum, DNS, TEL, and FSI.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing robot teaching and adjustments for these tools.
  • Maintenance tasks include conducting preventive and corrective actions on wet etch equipment.
  • Duties also involve planning PMs, procuring consumables, and managing parts inventory.
  • Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze root causes and resolve complex issues related to tool performance.
  • Experience with sub-systems like CDS, DI heaters, ozone generators, and chillers is an asset.
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in engineering, along with relevant experience, is required.
  • At least five years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-driven, have a positive attitude, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
