The Role

We seek an exceptional Senior Engineer to drive the technical delivery of innovative, efficient, and scalable water purification solutions for the Indian market. As part of our growth strategy, this role offers full lifecycle responsibility, from co-development to installation and long-term operations & maintenance.

You will collaborate closely with our Swiss HQ and play a lead role in engineering water purification systems that meet local conditions, regulatory requirements, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engineering and design of water purification systems
  • Develop detailed system plans, P&IDs, layouts, and process workflows
  • Oversee procurement, supplier engagement, and assembly partner coordination
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and technical handover of systems
  • Take ownership of operations and maintenance strategies, developing SOPs and troubleshooting guidelines
  • Collaborate across disciplines to integrate field learnings and improve system performance
  • Stay current on regulatory frameworks, certification standards, and technological advancements
  • Support customer engagements by communicating technical features and operational benefits
