Financial Leadership Role

  • Strategic Financial Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with the company's overall strategy.
    • Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making.
    • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
    • Oversee statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Cost Control and Optimization
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and drive operational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement financial controls and policies.
    • Review pricing strategies and contracts to ensure profitability.
  • Treasury and Cash Flow Management
    • Manage working capital and cash flow effectively.
    • Monitor fund utilization and assess short-term and long-term financing needs.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and associated risks.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
    • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
  • ERP and Systems Oversight
    • Lead digital finance initiatives, including ERP implementation and process enhancement.
    • Ensure robust financial systems and accurate real-time reporting.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure control and governance.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a key business partner to senior leaders and stakeholders.
    • Present financial insights and reports to support informed decision-making.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Requirements
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is compulsory.
    • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the service industry.
    • Proven track record of managing finance for a company with significant turnover.
    • Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and corporate governance.
    • Hands-on experience in ERP systems and financial automation tools.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
