We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join us as Manager – Finance,

The Manager – Finance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, with Grant Management as the top priority. This includes business finance, accounting, compliance, audits, strategic financial planning, internal controls, treasury, and donor coordination. The role is critical to ensure financial integrity, transparency, compliance, and strategic alignment with the organization's goals.

Primary Responsibilities-

1. Lead End-to-End Grant Financial Management

Manage the complete financial lifecycle of grants—including budgeting, fund utilization, compliance, donor reporting, and audit coordination.

2. Drive Business Finance, Planning & Reporting

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance monitoring across departments; present MIS and strategic insights to leadership.

3. Ensure Robust Accounting, Compliance & Audit Processes

Supervise accounting operations, statutory filings (TDS, GST, Income Tax), and adherence to regulatory frameworks like FCRA and CSR. Coordinate with auditors.

4. Strengthen Internal Controls, Risk Mitigation & Treasury Management

Implement internal controls, SOPs, risk assessment frameworks, and manage cash flows, fund transfers, and treasury operations.

5. Coordinate Donor Financial Operations & Reporting Systems

Prepare donor budgets, proposals, and reporting frameworks; manage fund disbursements and maintain donor-specific MIS systems.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in social development sector, grant management,donor reporting, accounting, and business finance.
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations (FCRA, TDS, GST, Income Tax)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.) and financial reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
