Design Visionary Role

We seek a talented Communications Designer to spearhead the creation of high-impact visuals for our brand.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in creative design and a passion for illustrative art. A well-crafted portfolio showcasing their expertise in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually stunning creatives for digital and print platforms that align with our brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver cohesive visual assets.
  • Present design concepts, justify creative choices, and adapt based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Ensure all visual materials meet our brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. & Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed.
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
Bonus Skills:
  • Working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
  • Experience in basic motion graphics.
  • UI design proficiency.
