Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead our design efforts and shape the user experience of our digital sports media platform.

This is a hands-on role that requires a designer who can not only create high-impact features but also guide the visual approach and mentor other designers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end solutions for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Create polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance beauty and usability.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Set high design standards and foster good design practices within the company.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in media, sports, or high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools.
  • Strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • The ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence.
