Senior AEM Content Author Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior AEM Author with over 5 years of experience to excel in our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AEM authoring, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and possess a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations.
  • Organize and maintain a DAM for efficient asset management.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on web pages, ensuring content is accurate, error-free, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Create and maintain testing checklists for QA purposes and ensure consistent quality of web pages.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, and workflows to support content management processes.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author or similar role.
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher), including authoring, taxonomy, and DAM management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
  • Proven experience in QA of web pages, with the ability to create and maintain testing checklists.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management and web design purposes.
