AV Engineer

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused Resident AV Engineers to manage, support, and maintain the AV systems for meetings, conferences, and events. The engineer will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring a high standard of AV service delivery.

The role involves onsite AV operations, providing daily support for all AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas. This includes setting up, testing, and operating AV equipment (video conferencing, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, control systems, etc.).

• Onsite AV Operations
• Provide daily support for all AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas.
• Set up, test, and operate AV equipment.
• Provide live event support including presentations, hybrid meetings, and townhalls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of AV systems: Crestron, AMX, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp, QSC, Shure, etc.
• Proficiency in video conferencing platforms: Zoom, MS Teams, Webex.
• Familiarity with AV over IP, signal flow, DSPs, and control systems.

Experience:

• 3–6 years of hands-on AV support experience required with Polycom, Logitech, and Videowall Controller technology.
• Support NOC, board rooms, cafeterias, training & reception.
• Experience in live event production and hybrid meeting setups.
