Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for web, mobile, and backend applications.
  • Perform manual functional testing as well as contribute to automation for regression and repetitive tasks.
  • Test APIs (REST/GraphQL) for functionality, data validation, error handling, and performance.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing for responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Report, track, and verify defects using Jira (or equivalent bug tracking tool).

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in QA/testing for Web, Mobile, and Backend systems.
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing and exposure to automation testing.
  • Familiarity with tools & frameworks: Web: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright; Mobile: Appium / Espresso / XCUITest; API: Postman / REST Assured / JMeter.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
