Expert Financial Close Support Specialist

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in finance technology or consulting, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end EPM implementations. Hands-on experience with leading EPM tools such as Oracle EPM, OneStream, or Anaplan is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing post-implementation support for financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting;
  • Managing the ticket lifecycle: assigning, monitoring, resolving, and escalating support issues while maintaining SLAs;
  • Leading and collaborating with global delivery teams across North America, Europe, India, and Singapore;
  • Training and mentoring junior team members, contributing to knowledge management and process improvement.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Proven experience working within a global delivery model, coordinating with remote teams across time zones;
  • Excellent client-facing and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong ability to document solutions, lead meetings, and translate technical details into business-friendly language;
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and delivery methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience;
  • Willingsness to travel up to 80% as needed.
