Oracle EPM Expert

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Oracle EPM professional to take on a lead position and drive the success of our clients. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion Suite of products and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

We require a strong technical background in Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting; Financial Consolidation and Close, with excellent functional and technical knowledge. Additionally, experience in implementation of EPM Planning and Financial Consolidation is essential, with a minimum of 5+ implementations under your belt.

The ideal candidate will be able to articulate complex technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders, and will have excellent presentation skills. You will be responsible for leading client presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts across multiple industries, and will work closely with sales, delivery, practice, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Your expertise will include:

  • Experience in end-to-end Pre-Sales activities, including working with potential and existing clients, understanding requirements (RFI/RFP), creating scope, building technical solutions, creating resource plans, modeling cost estimates, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate business and technology concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Please note that frequent travel across the GCC Countries may be required, and prior onsite projects experience in the GCC region is an added advantage.
