Job Title: Operations Network Manager

The Operations Network Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of daily operational activities, coordinating between emergency response teams, users, and support personnel to deliver reliable and timely services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with private emergency service providers in identified regions to expand our network.
  • Train service providers and their staff to utilize our mobile application for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the support team for regular emergency response operations.
  • Monitor and follow up with service providers and users for any outstanding payments.
  • Assist the support team in negotiating rates with service providers for various types of emergencies or events.
  • Track the progress of critical emergency responses, especially those occurring outside designated areas.
  • Interface with users, support personnel, and service providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Timely escalate any issues beyond control to senior management.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings and provide updates on ongoing activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to multitask efficiently.
  • Adaptable to dynamic work environments.
  • Availability during working hours via WhatsApp and phone calls.
  • Possess a personal laptop for work purposes.
  • Proficient in multiple languages, preferably fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
