Job Title: Senior Influencer Marketing Executive

We are currently searching for a Senior Influencer Relations Executive to power our rapid expansion into influencer marketing related services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization's influencer marketing vertical and increasing the organization's influencer network and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client's influencer marketing requirements and help them with planning, designing of proposals or pitch decks along with an execution plan for their respective influencer marketing briefs.
  • Maintain TAT for the briefs received, understanding of relevancy as per the requirement, and smart creation of detailed proposals, presentation and pitch decks.
  • Research, recruit & onboard great influencers, content creators and celebrities with negotiation tactics and process downloading.
  • Brief, negotiate and give process downloading to influencers, content creators and celebrities.
  • Maintain the database and keep adding new influencers to the respective assigned category/genre.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies & partners that includes premium celebrity/artist management agencies, networks of content creators, and mainly groups, communities & clusters of micro-influencers.
  • Keep close co-ordination and relationships with internal team members and external partners.
  • Seamless campaign execution with strong coordination with onboarded influencers and internal team as per the pre-planned roadmap proposed to the client.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
  • Achieve high margins for all campaigns.
  • Review, analyse key metrics of campaigns and create strong insightful report and reasoning of influencer activation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent social media skills.
  • 06-1 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferable) or social media.
  • Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Good knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, understand and good organisation of task allocated.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well-organised with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, coordination and relationship-building skills.
  • Client servicing.
