Community Building Manager Position

Tours & Onboarding

  • Conducting tours showcases the facilities, amenities and membership options.
  • Leading the onboarding process for new members through orientation and integration promotes seamless community involvement.

Community Development & Engagement

  • Planning events, workshops and social gatherings encourages collaboration and networking among members.
  • Facilitating meaningful connections and collaborations strengthens the community.
  • Fostering a positive and supportive culture celebrates diversity and inclusivity.

Space & Operations Management

  • Oversight of day-to-day space operations includes reservations, vendor coordination and resource allocation.
  • Maintaining a clean, fully functional and well-maintained workspace ensures a smooth operational experience.
  • Managing membership contracts, invoicing and record-keeping supports efficient operations.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design campaigns attracts new members.
  • Promoting events, programs and community updates through various channels drives engagement and awareness.
  • Supporting strategies boosts awareness and improves member retention.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Tracking data related to occupancy, space utilisation and member satisfaction measures performance.
  • Preparing detailed reports shares insights with management for decision-making and operational improvements.

Conflict Resolution

  • Proactively identifying and addressing member concerns demonstrates empathy and professionalism.
  • Mediating conflicts resolves disputes constructively maintaining a respectful environment.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and create a welcoming community.
  • Organisational skills to manage operations and events of the coworking space.
  • Knowledge of coworking industry trends, community management best practices and facility management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills including spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
