Job Description:

Creative storytellers shape the brand's narrative, influencing product launches and seasonal campaigns. They craft customer-centric strategies that enhance storytelling and drive engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative strategies that resonate with target audiences and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to create engaging digital experiences across channels.
  • Translate customer insights into compelling creative concepts that improve conversion rates and retention.
  • Content Planning & Messaging:
  • Design messaging frameworks and content strategies highlighting product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns while optimizing for different customer segments.
  • Support personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to meet diverse shopper needs.
  • Collaboration & Execution:
  • Partner with performance marketing, product, design, analytics teams to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and strategic guidance on creative assets are met.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
  • Leverage customer behavior data, A/B testing results, and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on campaigns to achieve KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  • Proven experience developing integrated campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to translate data into creative narratives and actionable strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
