EdTech Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a performance marketing specialist role in EdTech where you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, media buying and more.
  • Prepare media plans and execute them efficiently to achieve 10X+ ROAS in EdTech.
  • Develop strategies and implement campaign execution with programmatic ads and media buying.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize lead generation.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc. and report campaign performance regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in running paid ad campaigns, programmatic ads and media buying.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360 and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
