Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Manager to join our team in Global Operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our global operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial accounting function for our global operations, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-graduation in Commerce/ICWA(Inter)/CA(Inter) with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a multinational company.
  • Proven experience in financial accounting, including IFRS reporting and general ledger management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
