Kazam is an agnostic EV charging software platform building India's largest smart and affordable EV charging network.

With a robust charging network of over 7000 devices, our vision is to be the leader in EV charging in India and beyond, leveraging our capabilities in software and hardware.

Our goal is to bring a seamless charging experience to the consumer, constantly enhancing the hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth and scalability of Kazam's mobile application focusing on user acquisition, retention, and overall product performance.
  • Develop strategies to enhance EV owner engagement, increase charging sessions, and improve utilization rates for charge point operators.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to craft go-to-market strategies that target and engage key user segments.
  • Manage the onboarding of charging stations across various networks via interoperability protocols like OCPP and OCPI, ensuring seamless integration and expanded network availability.
  • Ensure interoperability between Kazam's platform and third-party charging stations, maintaining high standards of compatibility and performance.
  • Oversee the development and management of white-labeled mobile applications for offshore clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs and ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze user flows, user behavior, and performance metrics for white-labeled applications to optimize client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all white-labeled products comply with the relevant legal and tax regulations in the clients' respective markets.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, using these insights to inform the product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with both Kazam's strategic goals and the unique needs of offshore clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Kazam and client organizations to align product goals with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards for data security, privacy, and tax compliance, particularly for international clients.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback from Kazam's mobile app and white-labeled solutions to drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
  • Implement updates and new features that address user needs and improve overall product performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management with consumer-facing products.
  • Experience in the fin-tech/mobility sector or managing accelerated growth would be a plus point.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and international clients.
  • Project management skills with a focus on managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user behavior analysis.
  • Knowledge of legal, financial, and tax compliances around tech, of both domestic and international markets.
