Job Title: AI Software Developer

We are looking for a talented AI Software Developer to join our team. As an AI Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced software solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions using AI and ML algorithms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered software into existing systems
  • Develop and deploy large-scale AI models using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Implement model optimization techniques to improve performance and efficiency
  • Maintain and improve existing AI-powered software applications

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
  • Strong experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, T5, etc.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar
  • Expertise in developing and fine-tuning machine learning models, particularly NLP models
  • Experience deploying machine learning models at scale using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services
  • Familiarity with model optimization techniques (e.g., pruning, quantization, distillation)
  • Strong frontend development experience with technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Experience integrating APIs and connecting frontend interfaces with backend AI systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of publications in high-impact international conferences or journals
  • Experience with reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and ability to contribute to advancing the state-of-the-art in AI
  • Experience with AI model interpretability and explainability
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for both frontend and backend deployments
