About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Vodafone Idea Limited's cell sites, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of Core Site Operation (MSC and VTH), and driving special cost optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications infrastructure management and experience in handling large-scale operations.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure logs and monthly reports are maintained & recorded at site.
- Facilitate & ensure governance of all infra MS partners and AMC vendors by coordinating with different stakeholders & managing & tracking centrally.

Requirements
- B.E in Electronics and Communication.
- Sound technical skill set/ knowledge of RAN & Access Transport including MW
- Hands on Experience in O&M of power infra of Cell sites and MSC /VTH locations.
