The Engineering Talent Program is a premier internship designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders at the intersection of technology, politics, and public policy.

Key Functions:
  • Campaigns
  • Political Intelligence
  • Research

You will join our Technical Transformation Team and support key functions, including campaign management, political intelligence gathering, and research.

This is a rigorous training ground and a direct pipeline to a full-time career in political consulting.

Technical Track:
  • Intensive Workshops: Participate in advanced Python, JavaScript, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices.
  • Capstone Project: Develop an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
Political Track:
  • Seminars: Attend sessions on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize various tools and techniques to analyze election data, legislative records) to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • You are currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or you are a recent graduate.
  • You have a strong, demonstrable interest in Indian politics and public policy.
