Your Impact:

As a key member of our team, you will provide technical and consultative assistance on engagements involving implementing the OpenText Documentum product suite for our worldwide customers. You will understand customer requirements, conduct detailed technical design, determine the level of effort and implementation approach, perform installation, development, and integration, and prepare technical documentation.

What the Role Offers:

  • Support and report to engagement project managers while assigned to active customer engagements.
  • Establish relationships with client technical counterparts and participate in client meetings related to solution scoping and planning.
  • Understand requirements, conduct detailed design, determine the level of effort, plan work breakdown structures, and implementation approach.
  • Perform installation, development, configuration, integration, and testing activities, collaborating with senior staff and engagement project managers as required.
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to team members, train staff personnel, provide on-the-job guidance, and mentoring, and conduct training sessions to customer personnel when authorized by management.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Senior Consultants with 5+ years of IT project experience.
  • Excellent grasp of the principles of Enterprise Content Management systems.
  • Mandatory experience with Documentum 7.x and 16.x.
  • Excellent grasp of Documentum Life Sciences Suite, D2, and the value proposition it offers to customers.
  • Mandatory experience with deploying, configuring, and customizing D2 and D2 LS (LSQM, LSRD, eTMF, or SSV) applications.
  • Good understanding and experience in GxP, eCTD, GAMP, and delivering validated applications (21 CFR Part 11).
  • Experience with coding Java and debugging skills.
  • Well-versed in defect management.
  • Desired experience in Documentum Content Server, DFC, BOF, DQL, Documentum Administrator, WebLogic, Tomcat.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming, Web Services, LDAP configuration, and RDBMS concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good team and interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years of prior experience.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering discipline (or) Bachelor's in Science with Master's in Computer Applications.
