Wastewater Network Analyst Leader

About the Role: As a Wastewater Network Analyst Leader, you will lead the development of wastewater models, manage key project aspects, and work closely with clients to build and expand our project portfolio through strategic client interactions. Your technical expertise across a wide variety of wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure modelling projects will guide them from initial feasibility through to detailed design.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients, providing clear explanations and ensuring they understand model outputs and processes. You will also assist with preparation of bids, including narratives, cost estimates, and programmes, and coordinate project elements, managing resource allocation, quality assurance, subcontractor interactions, and client feedback. Furthermore, you will work alongside specialists from other engineering and environmental disciplines to ensure project integrity and liaise effectively with the Project Director or Manager and the client to support project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of wastewater models.

  • Assist with preparation of bids.
  • Coordinate project elements.

Requirements: We require a highly skilled professional with advanced expertise in hydraulic modelling for a range of wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects. Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM is essential, and knowledge of HADES would be advantageous. You should also be competent in using relevant GIS software packages and have experience in model quality assurance procedures. A strong report-writing skill is essential, and advanced abilities in spreadsheet-based data analysis are desirable.
