Job Title: PAM Security Expert

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned PAM Security Expert to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Enhancement, administration, and support of Privileged Access Management solutions to secure and manage privileged accounts across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and maintain PAM solutions across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
  • Manage access policies, role-based access controls, and session monitoring.
  • Integrate PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity providers.
  • Implement least privilege access and secure remote access for internal and third-party users.
  • Monitor and audit privileged sessions, generate reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAM infrastructure and integrations.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and compliance teams to align PAM strategies with organizational security goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management, with at least 2 years hands-on with legacy and Delinea.
  • Strong understanding of PAM principles.
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Delinea Certified PAM Professional) are good to have.
