Seeking a skilled training content developer to create high-quality learning materials for Siemens Teamcenter.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with PLM experts to design engaging resources that translate complex processes into actionable knowledge, supporting user adoption across the organization.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
  • Work closely with PLM functional and technical experts to gather process knowledge and translate it into clear, learner-focused content.
  • Develop structured training programs for different audiences and business end-users.
  • Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to enhance engagement and retention.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to simplify complex concepts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop high-quality training materials for Siemens Teamcenter.
  2. Collaborate with PLM experts to create engaging learning resources.
  3. Develop structured training programs for different audiences.
  4. Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in PLM training content development, preferably Teamcenter.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit.
