PLM Expert Job

The ideal candidate will be a technical professional with expertise in Oracle Agile PLM application and thorough knowledge of PLM procedures and concepts.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain the Oracle Agile PLM application environment, ensuring seamless performance and efficient operations.
  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely updates, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans aligned with business requirements, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes.
  • Participate in testing and support for Agile PLM integrations with ERP and MES applications, ensuring successful integration and data exchange.
  • Prepare Test Documents and perform testing as needed for new applications or internal requests, maintaining accurate records and delivering quality results.
  • Perform data migration and related data analysis tasks, analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights.
  • Assist in managing patches, upgrades, and add-ons to the system, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and report on the system's performance, growth, and general health, making informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills:
  • Thorough understanding of the Oracle Agile PLM application and solid grasp of PLM procedures and concepts.
  • Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions, delivering value-added results.
  • Expertise in Agile Administration, with hands-on experience in Workflow, Roles and Privileges, and Criteria configurations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile database tables and experience handling data migration, data extraction, and reporting using SQL queries and scripts.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Agile PLM troubleshooting, particularly with experience using the Acollect and Averify tools.
  • Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Agile Content Service (ACS) and Agile Integration Service (AIS).
  • Proficiency in Java, Groovy Script, XML, JSON, Web Services, and SQL.
  • Ability to develop custom solutions and integrations using Oracle Agile PLM SDK.
  • Experience in customization of Agile PLM using Agile SDK Process Extension and Events and Agile Web Service Extensions (WSX).
