Program Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our programs in South India and Sri Lanka as a Tour Leader Training Manager/Coach. This role requires strong leadership, training, and coaching abilities to drive performance of trip leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Select, train, and develop high-performing trip leaders who meet our company standards.
  • Create and implement effective plans to recruit and train top talent for departures.
  • Conduct meetings and training sessions with trip leaders in-office and on-the-road.
  • Develop personalized training plans for new trip leaders.
  • Maintain regional excellence goals through regular coaching, ride-alongs, and check-ins.
  • Assign trip leaders based on past performance and company needs.
  • Manage administrative tasks while on-the-road and in-office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing team performances.
  • Strong leadership skills, flexibility, analytical thinking, creativity, independence, and high organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of South India and Sri Lanka.
  • Able to motivate people, build relationships, and communicate effectively.
  • General administrative skills, including database management and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presentation.
