About the role:

Our organization seeks a seasoned technical leader to spearhead the development of SAP BTP applications and integrations. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing high-performing teams to design, build, and run these complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Broaden your expertise by building and customizing SAP BTP apps and integrations across various platforms.

  • Troubleshoot complex escalations and drive performance optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain clear documentation and foster knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Stay current on BTP services and recommend beneficial adoption strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development.
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Show proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Display a deep understanding of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
  • Showcase your experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate experience in leading teams and driving diverse initiatives.
  • Proven onsite lead experience with customer-facing roles.
  • Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas.
  • Experience in consulting and effort estimations for new applications or extensions of existing ones.
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate in a global team setting.
  • Embody a proactive attitude and flexibility regarding tasks and process improvements.
