We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Test Automation Engineer to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality mobile experiences and enjoy working in Agile, fast-paced environments, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for Android and iOS apps using Appium.
- Test RESTful APIs and backend integration using RestAssured or similar tools.
- Execute tests on real devices and emulators, ensuring comprehensive coverage across platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product in Agile ceremonies (including 3 Amigos sessions).
- Analyze mobile logs and use debugging tools to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, GitLab CI/CD).
- Validate app deployments and contribute to robust mobile release workflows.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of overall testing experience, with 2+ years in mobile automation.
- Strong experience with Appium, and API testing using RestAssured.
- A solid understanding of iOS and Android platforms, including use of emulators and physical devices.
- Experience working in CI/CD environments for mobile apps.
- Strong debugging skills and comfort with mobile logs and tooling.
