Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Automation Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions using MS Word templates and Appian programming. Your goal will be to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in our business processes.

You will work closely with regulatory experts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to develop and support automation solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation solutions using MS Word templates and Appian programming.
  • Review, analyze, and enhance existing VBA code to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Customize and extend VBA functionalities by adding new features and modifying existing logic.
  • Perform thorough testing and validation of code changes to ensure they meet business needs and are free from defects.
  • Collaborate with regulatory experts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in VBA development and MS Office macros/automation.
  • Familiarity with Appian programming and low-code development.
  • Strong skills in reviewing and enhancing existing codebases.
  • Experience gathering requirements and engaging with business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
