Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee and direct day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and stringent safety protocols.

    Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as reinforced concrete, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.

    Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.

    Maintain accurate site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.

    Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.

    Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.

    Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.

    Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.

    Proactively identify and resolve technical issues on-site.

Requirements:

    - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).

    - 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior execution, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

    - Strong technical knowledge of Interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

    - Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management.

    - Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools.

    - Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

    - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
