• Lesson Planning and Delivery:
• Prepare and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in line with the curriculum standards.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Student Assessment and Evaluation:
• Assess students' progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment.
• Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure an orderly learning space.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in professional development sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and technological advancements in mathematics education.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share teaching resources.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic and behavioral issues.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or school administration.
